Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 30% of the scheduled service. Please note: No Shows are completely unacceptable and will result in blocking online bookings for future appointments. We kindly ask that you respect our time. We are willing to work with emergency incidents and/or if an exception to our policy is deemed appropriate. 🤍
